We want you to love your Bilmuri gear as much as the music, so if your order isn't hitting the right notes, we offer returns and exchanges within 30 days of delivery. All items must be in their original, unwashed, and unworn condition to qualify for a refund or swap.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Print and Pack

  Download your prepaid shipping label and securely pack your items back into their original packaging, ensuring all tags remain attached.

• 3.
  Drop Off

  Take your package to the nearest authorized shipping carrier location listed on your return label within 7 days of generating the request.

• 4.
  Processing and Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your gear, we will process your refund or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
